How do you unwind after a tough week?
Working out, swimming, and spending quality time with family.

Master of some, jack of all functions.
Do you have any quirky or unconventional leadership habits?
I talk directly to customers and read feedback and support tickets myself. No filters.
How do you personally spot high-potential talent in a GCC?
High ownership, real hunger, and clear proof of both in past experiences.
What’s the worst piece of leadership advice you’ve ever received?
“If you want something done right, do it yourself.”

Planning my month and week the night before.
