• Reviewing architectural decisions and conducting technical deep dives

• Performance evaluations and vendor discussions

• Hiring pipeline reviews and build vs buy decisions

• Stakeholder management across functions

• Budget reviews, ROI analysis, financial modelling

• Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
